    For over 10 years, The Movement Connection has been proud to offer services tailored to fellow equestrians. From our weekly online group class (accessible worldwide!), to customized in studio private sessions, our goal is to help participants find strength & stability, in & out of the saddle.

  • Equestrian Biomechanics

    These private sessions hone in on your specific riding goals. Whether you are struggling to keep your heels down, or find yourself balancing on your hands, these sessions focus on optimizing muscle firing patterns to help decrease pain/discomfort, improve balance and proprioception and overall functionality.

  • Pilates on Horseback

    Our NEW mounted sessions guide you through exercises to help you strengthen your position, as well as your fitness in a fun, safe & customized approach.
