Mat Classes
What should we know about the services you provide? Better descriptions result in more sales.This class is the bread & butter of our practice. Using a variety of props (mini stability ball, flex-bands, light hand weights, etc.) our goal is to improve the quality of your movement by focusing on establishing a proper muscle firing pattern. Using different techniques, including: tactile feedback, proprioception training, education, verbal cues, etc., you will learn what muscles you should be activating in a wide range of exercises.
Don’t have equipment available at home? No worries! Megan selects the equipment based off of what she knows everyone in the class has - a lot can be done with a wall & variety of household items!

Strength & Conditioning
This class is based on the core concepts formed in our regular mat classes, but amplified. During a strength & conditioning class, you will be presented the opportunity to incorporate heavier weights than in one of our regular mat classes, to help increase strength, as well as to better serve your joint and bone health.

Equestrian Mat
As a proud, fellow equestrian, we know how important it is to have a strong seat. With the goal of keeping you in the saddle, this class works on strengthening your stabilizer muscles in a dynamic manner, simulating being on a moving horse. Our focus on core, ankles and shoulder girdle help to prevent injury & improve strength.
